Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Recipe type: Seasonal
  • 1½ cups fresh pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. melted butter or olive oil
  • salt to taste (I prefer sea salt)
  • garlic powder, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt, Cajun seasoning blend
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. It is ok to leave some strings and pulp on your seeds (it adds flavor). Clean off any major chunks. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and seasonings of your choice. Spread the pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
