Sausage Breakfast Casserole is our favorite breakfast recipe! This recipe was passed onto me from my Mom. She makes this breakfast recipe on Christmas morning. Often times for Thanksgiving morning and Easter too. We love to serve Sausage Breakfast Casserole with this French Toast Casserole too! Add a yummy fruit salad and you have a breakfast of champions.
It is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious. My five year old loves it and asks for it all the time. It is so easy to prep ahead that I often make it on the weekends. I can spend just a few minutes assembling it and have it ready for the family to enjoy. We also make this when we are traveling together. We have prepared it at the beach for a morning breakfast and at the cabin in the mountains. If you are looking for a hearty breakfast the whole family will enjoy this is it!
