Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie

Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie

Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie is one of our favorite recipes. I love that it is a Vegetarian recipe and that you can substitute any veggies in your stockpile for it. You can also make it gluten free by using gluten free bisquick.  It is crowd pleaser at our house.  Serve it for breakfast, brunch or brinner and you will always have a happy family!

You of course can add chicken or turkey to this recipe too!  I love sneaking in a few additional veggies into my families diet!

No, it is best to freeze it and then bake it. Add additional time for baking if from frozen or thaw first.
