Ingredients
2 cups (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli and cauliflower (rinsed and thawed)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9″ pie plate. Stir together broccoli/cauliflower, onion and cheese into pie pie plate. Stir together bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into pie plate over veggies.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
