Print Meijer’s Coupon Policy to carry in your coupon binder.  This is the actual store coupon policy and helpful tips that follow.  We post a weekly Meijer Matchup with all deals on Saturday at 10:00 am EST for the following week’s sales ad.

When accepting coupons, Meijer uses the following guidelines:

They accept two kinds of coupons; Meijer issued coupons and manufacturer coupons.

Only one manufacturer coupon and one Meijer coupon for the same item will be accepted (unless prohibited) – this is called Stacking.

Mealbox coupons are considered Meijer coupons- they can be printed at MeijerMealbox.com

They accept all valid internet coupons.  To view a list of counterfeit coupons view cents-off.com

They reserve the right to limit quantities

If the value of the coupon is more than the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied, the value of the coupon will be applied up to the price of the item (no overage).

They do not apply the excess value of a coupon to the order total if the value of the coupon is over the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied (no overage).

Only coupons for products carried in our stores will be accepted.

All coupons should be given to the cashier while you’re checking out and cannot be applied to a previous purchase – if you forget go immediately to Customer Service (do not leave the store)

Meijer issues Catalina’s – Read more about Catalina’s

Meijer accepts all manufacturer coupons including Catalina’s that have other stores printed on them.  For example – Walgreen’s Register Rewards, Kroger On Your Next Order Catalina’s and any coupon that states “Manufacturer Coupon” regardless if another store’s logo is on it – (Depending on Manager’s Discretion).

Meijer allows stacking.  You can use one Meijer Mealbox Coupon, Mperks and one Manufacturer Coupon per item purchased.  Their store coupons are called Meijer Meal box, http://www.meijermealbox.com/.   Click on “specials” and then select and print coupons you want to use for the week.

When a coupon states DND (Do Not Double) the cashier will have to manually double the coupon or it will not be doubled.

Some locations double the first two of all identical manufacturer coupons up to $.50 and coupons $.51  – $.99 will increase to a max of $1.00 but ONLY doubles the first two like coupons.  If you want to use more than 2 identical coupons then you will need to break your order into multiple transactions.

Meijer will price match, however only to stores that are in a close proximity, in which, they consider competitors and my local Meijer will only price match non-grocery items.

Meijer’s sale ad runs Sunday – Saturday and they often add an additional sale Thursday-Sunday – in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati Area.

Meijer offers rain checks which you can get from the cashier or customer service desk (they will be limited) when checking out – Read more about Rainchecks.

Meijer has their own digital coupons called mperks.  You can sign up for an account at mperks.  These are considered store coupons and CAN stack with Meijer Mealbox and Paper Coupons.

Meijer’s Coupon Policy does vary regionally. We live in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati Sales sales area.
