Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
This is one of my hubby’s favorite University of Tennessee football game foods. This recipe was passed to me by my friend Karen.
3 large cans of chicken (drained)
1-12 oz bottle of red hot sauce
2-8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup ranch
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Shred chicken and put in 9×13. Cover with red hot sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Add cream cheese and ranch. Stir until melted. Cover with shredded cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito’s scoops. You can also use this recipe as a meal with tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.
