Big Kahuna Chops
Ingredients
- 4 fresh pork chops (1” thick each)
- BKW Original Gourmet to taste
- All Purpose Flour
- 1 gallon Vegetable oil (varies depending on fryer)
Directions
- Lightly flour chops with all purpose seasoning
- Heat oil to approximately 375°
- Place chops in fryer for 6-8 minutes or until done (chops will float when done)
- Remove from oil immediately
- Sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet until completely covered
- Add hot sauce as desired
Makes 4-6 servings

Sounds easy and delish!
These would be amazing with Betty Crocker potatoes. I absolutely love pork chops. I think they are just about my fave food. I am definitely gonna have to get some taters and try this recipe and see if I’m right about them being good together. Lol.
