Big Kahuna Pork Chops

Big Kahuna Pork Chops are easy to make and taste like Country Fried Porkchops!  This is a Southern Comfort Food for sure!  I like to serve it with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.

Big Kahuna Chops
  • 4 fresh pork chops (1” thick each)
  • BKW Original Gourmet to taste
  • All Purpose Flour
  • 1 gallon Vegetable oil (varies depending on fryer)
  1. Lightly flour chops with all purpose seasoning
  2. Heat oil to approximately 375°
  3. Place chops in fryer for 6-8 minutes or until done (chops will float when done)
  4. Remove from oil immediately
  5. Sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet until completely covered
  6. Add hot sauce as desired
  7. Makes 4-6 servings

    These would be amazing with Betty Crocker potatoes. I absolutely love pork chops. I think they are just about my fave food. I am definitely gonna have to get some taters and try this recipe and see if I’m right about them being good together. Lol.
