Berries of course you can freeze, but how in the world do you “stockpile” MILK???

You can stockpile milk by freezing. I have a friend that for years has frozen milk because it is difficult for her to get to the store. Once the frozen milk has been thawed though it must be shaken before each use. Hope this helps

I open the plastic milk jug and pour a half glass so there is an inch head room for the milk to expand as it freezes. Then, I do shake it as it thaws (whenever I happen to open the fridge), and even try to use a knife (be safe!) to break it up to thaw more quickly. If it isn’t thawing quickly enough, I poor glasses of icy milk for my kids in the morning and cover with plastic wrap and they are ready by evening.
