I am very dissatisfied with my shopping trip to Meijer last night. The cashier would NOT double all of my coupons. Even if I only had 2 of the same coupon. She entered them in on her own, without scanning the coupons. It took 25 mins to check out when it should have taken 5. I had 2 separate transactions and some coupons she doubled in the first transaction, she didnt double in the 2nd transcation and vice versa. VERY FRUSTRATING! I lost a total of $14.55 in additional savings.
Anyone else have trouble at the Northern KY/Cincinnati stores?
I have not had trouble BUT if you do you should go immediatly to the Service desk! If the coupon says DO NOT DOUBLE, unfortunatly they do not have to. If they do not say that their store policy says they will double it. I always go to the customer service desk for my concerns. If you do not get a solution, their corporate office is very attentive to questions and concerns. Hope this helps!
Since it was so late, the service desk was closed. It was taken care of the next day. The store director was very nice about it.
I have trouble everytime I go to my Meijers. I finally took my business elswhere. It was not worth all the problems I had to go through just to use my coupons.
