Today we made a stop at Walmart for a little strategic coupon use. I was happy with the overage which helped my total out of pocket expense.

-$1.00 any Rayovac Batteries (2) – $.06 overage
-$.50 any Curad Bandages (6)
Subtotal – $23.32
$1.41 tax
Total – $24.73

Total Paid Out Of Pocket – $2.73

Way to go, what a fun Walmart run! Do you know where we can find a Curad coupon? Just found an empty box of “adhesive bandages” in the bathroom so we could use more, especially for .47 each.

Were you using the Rayovac battery coupon from this past Sunday’s paper? If so, I believe those coupons were supposed to be used on the alkaline batteries which which come in the blue package, of course they are more expensive and would not be free. Just an FYI…there is a lot of talk about misuse of that coupon. I know a lot of people follow you and I wouldn’t want people using the coupon in the wrong way. That hurts us honest couponers.
No, actually this is an IP that was available not in reference to the coupon from the paper. The IP did not stipulate. We only promote honest coupon use but thanks for the vote of confidence!
