Butterfinger Cookies

Butterfinger Cookies are so easy to make and frugal too!  A great way to use Halloween Candy or FREE Candy Bars that we often pick up after coupon.  All you need is four ingredients to make these delicious cookies!

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow or chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ vegetable oil
  • 1 King Sized Butterfinger
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until powder is completely dissolved in the dough.
  3. Chop Butterfinger into tiny pieces.
  4. Mix Butterfinger in to dough.
  5. Drop dough in small balls onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Do not overbake. Remove from pan and cool!
  7. Makes 3 dozen

    Yum! I’ve made ‘cake mix’ cookies before but never with the addition of a Butterfinger! I know someone at my house who would LOVE these :)

    Great Idea! I just scored 200+ butterfingers for free, and we’ve been trying to figure out what to do with them all. I’ll definitely put this to good use.

    Husband found some great tearpads! He found $1/2 Butterfingers, and a free mid-continent soda (7-up, A&W, Sunkist) 20 oz bottle. We stacked them together for a recent sale. Scored over 200 free candy bars and over a 100 free soda’s for only bottle deposit and sales tax. Whoo hoo!!

    these look so easy and yummy–would love to make them with our 4 and 6 year old great nieces….what is an alternate candy bar that we could use as the little ones have tree nut allergies ???? thanks so much !!!
