I went to Dollar General last weekend and they wouldn’t accept my coupons on sale items because “corporate” won’t allow it anymore. If the item is on sale you cannot use coupons – even if you are still not getting it free. This is what I was told.
According to the corporate policy that is not true.

My DG is the opposite! They had mfg Q’s attached to items randomly throughout the store including the ones that were on sale! Not sure who told them that but it is definitely not the case at all DG’s!
