Time to check in! If you are new to our Frugal Weight Loss Challenge read our post highlighting our challenge here. How are you doing? I lost 4 pounds this week bringing me to a total of 15 pounds! Shelley is down 1 1/2 pounds bringing her total to 12 1/2 pounds. Shelley doesn’t have much more to lose and is really focusing on toning. We are excited with the success that we are seeing not only in pounds but also in inches! In addition I have decreased my BMI, Body Fat and Viseral Body Fat. I have also increased my water percentage.
This weekend I actually purged my closet of clothes that I can no longer wear! I made a huge trip to the consignment store and have a nice pile to donate. All in all I am very happy. Not only have I lost weight and inches I am feeling better and able to do things I have not been able to do with the excess weight on. Shelley has had to do some clothes purging and shopping because her clothes are all too big. How are your clothes fitting? Are you seeing the inches lost now?

I too started about 3 weeks ago with dieting and exercising. And also have lost 11 pounds so far, too funny!! I have been trying to eat every 3 hours or so and when I do that, I noticed that I’m not as hungry.
