How to make Guacamole

This is an authentic guacamole recipe passed to me by our family friend Christina.  She is from Morelia, Mexico.  This is the BEST Guacamole I have ever eaten!  Perfect for Cinco de Mayo or any day!  Just like when I was in Morelia myself taking classes in college.  Helpful Tip: Keep 2 pits from avocados and add to bowl. Use a wood or plastic bowl not metal.

  1. This sounds good, I love cilantro so I always end up putting too much in. When I put mine in the fridge I make sure the plastic wrap is touching the top of the guac so it doesn’t brown.

  3. I will try this one. Thanks!

  4. This sounds like it will be about right. I have never tried to make it, but had a friend from NM make it for me once. It was the best guacamole I have ever tasted! I hope this is as good.

  5. So, I guess you combine the avacado mixture from the blender to the 5 mashed avacados that’s in the bowl?
