Sausage Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients
  • 2 packages (24 ounces each) prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Johnsonville® smoked Polish sausage, halved
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium head cabbage, cored and cut into wedges
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions; keep warm. In a large skillet, sauté sausage and onion in butter until onion is tender. Add cabbage and pepper. Cover skillet; cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve with potatoes.
