- 2 packages (24 ounces each) prepared mashed potatoes
- 1 package (16 ounces) Johnsonville® smoked Polish sausage, halved
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium head cabbage, cored and cut into wedges
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Heat potatoes according to package directions; keep warm. In a large skillet, sauté sausage and onion in butter until onion is tender. Add cabbage and pepper. Cover skillet; cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve with potatoes.
