Ingredients
3 pieces of boneless chicken breast (cubed)
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can chicken broth
2 cans black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons salsa (thick)
2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can corn
1 onion (chopped)
1 roasted red pepper (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
A splash or dozen or so of hot sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
Cover, heat, and simmer for approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Stir occasionally.

That sounds delicious! I have been looking for a good chicken chili recipe but nothing appealed to me except this one. I like the black beans and that it can be made in a slow cooker. Definitely going to try this soon!
