Grilled Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 8 Sister Schubert’s Dinner Yeast Rolls, split
  • 4 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 cups Sister Schubert’s Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • ½ head of lettuce, pieces
  • Salt & pepper, taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls according to directions on package.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Marinate the chicken breasts in barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Cook chicken breasts 7 to 8 minutes on both sides or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Immediately place chicken on top of chicken breasts.
