Another great idea for Frugal Valentine’s is to hand stamp your own cards. My Mom purchased this stamp set 7 years ago and we have both used it throughout the years to make Valentine’s. We have more than gotten (her) money out of the set. Hand stamping can be a very frugal way to create one of kind cards for everyone on your list. What I love is that you can change the design for everyone on your list or from year to year. By adding a simple piece of ribbon like in the picture you are able to make your card 3-dimensional and really cute!
