Baked Pork Roast


Ingredients:

Pork Roast
Spices to Season
Olive Oil
Water

Directions:

This is my go to entree. We love this and it goes with everything. I keep them handy in my freezer so that I can pull it out for a weekday entree with plenty of leftovers!

I use a Pampered Chef Stone to prepare. Heat over to 400 degrees. Grease the stone with a little olive oil and turn to coat roast. Place fatty side down and place 1/2 inch water in the pan. Cover roast with Italian Seasonings, Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper. Bake 1 hour or until done.
