Paper Hanging Bat is a fun craft that your kids will enjoying making for Halloween. It is so easy that even your little ones can join in on the fun.
- Black Construction Paper
- Hole Punch
- Metal Brads
- Eyes (squiggly or sequins)
- Glue or Glue Dots
For this project I suggest tracing out 2 wings and 1 body per child on black construction paper. Allow them to cut out the pieces or help them cut out. Punch a whole at then end (tail ) of the bat and attach a piece of yarn for hanging. Punch 2 holes in wings and 1 whole in body and attach with metal brad’s. Cut a piece of yard and attach through the 2nd hole in the wings. Attach eyes with glue.
You can see the back of the bat here to see how it was attached with the metal brads. If you are making this craft at a Halloween Party you may want to already have the parts cut out to save time.
