Well, I hope “Extreme Couponing” is happy now. I watched that show exactly once. It made me sick.
Melissa,
When I read this line, ” The total value of the coupons may not exceed the value of the transaction,” I interpreted it to mean that if, for example, I have coupons for $5, then the total transaction must be at least $5. I figured if it referred to just one item, it would have read, ” The total value of the coupons may not exceed the value of the item.” Because then you wouldn’t be able to use a coupon on this week’s RepHresh tampons, for example (EB + coupon is more than the value of the item). Or did I totally get this wrong?
I read and re read the policy and could not find an answer to one question..does they still take RX coupons from other places. We use to get a coupon from say Kroger’s or Walgreens and could use it at CVS to get a gift card when transfered Rx to CVS right now Krogers has a $25 gift card if you transfer an Rx to them. I was in a CVS a week ago and they said they no longer do that I am wondering if all CVS’s no longer do that or just the one person I happen to ask?
I think thanks to the great new show ****** we will be seeing a lot of change in the coupon policy in many more stores. Its those few who feel they need to clear off the shelfs…etc that will hurt the rest of us who are trying to feed our familys not have 100 toothbrushes in our stockpile that we are not willing to share. Who needs 100+ toothbrushes??? Give them to a local shelter and I would better understand but really….who needs that many….its called greed at that point.
This coupon policy does not address BOGO sales/coupons like the one they used to send out when you emailed them. I would assume that probably is the same as before right?
