Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

We have enjoyed Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms on both trips to Johnsonville! I LOVE THEM! If you are a mushroom lover you will love these.  They are the perfect appetizer for a holiday party or special occasion.  We love to serve these on game day too! We actually made these at the Johnsonville test kitchen on one of our trips and immediately fell in love with them.

My husband loves stuffed mushrooms. I have used lots of different recipes, but I have never tried Johnsonville sausages. The cheese on the top cinches it! This would make a great holiday appetizer! Thank you!
