One of the most frugal and easy ways to make a Christmas Ornament is with old Christmas Cards. I save them every year for my son to use for craft projects. You can make cute ornaments, especially out cards that are your kids favorites like we did here. Just use a cookie cutter to trace a template and cut out in the desired shape. Punch a hole and attach a ribbon and you are done! You can add sequins, glitter or other embellishments if you want too! These could also be tags for gifts!
