When I was at Smucker’s I learned so much about coffee!  I actually attended a Coffee 101 class!  Did you know that when you add regular ice to coffee it waters it down?  A simple trick is to make ice cubes made from coffee to add to your iced coffee and it keeps it from being watered down.  Just use ice cube trays and fill with cold coffee and freeze!

  1. Hmm this is a great idea to use up the coffee left in the bottom of the pot that just gets dumped down the sink! and if you don’t want to use it for just iced coffee, use it in baking! let it melt and there ya go.

  2. Garden Granny says:

Mix with some chocolate milk to taste and blend, top with whipped cream, add sprinkles if you like. Yum

  3. Coffee ice cubes Yum!
