I love to make inexpensive Christmas ornaments out of supplies that I have in my house. This is an example.
When you are looking for a “time filler” or a fun craft just go to your supply closet and see what you can find. You can create a lot from simple craft supplies.
For example the first ornament is made from card stock and stickers. Use a cookie cutter to trace a shape and have the kids place stickers on it and it becomes an ornament or present tag.
The second ornament is made from beads and a pipe cleaner. Have the kids string, make into a shape and add a tag to the top with the date or Merry Christmas and you have a fun ornament or present decoration.
