Create your own potato bar

Create your own potato bar

We have a new addition to our Menu Plan that everyone loves at our house. It is Create Your Own Potato Bar Night! I bake potatoes and then we use a variety of toppings to create our own potato bar.  Since I found out that I am gluten free this has been a big help to our menu plan and it is also an easy addition too! I love that everyone enjoys it and you can use leftovers easily as well as everyone is happy because they get to create their own.

I love to prepare my potatoes in the crockpot!  This is a great idea for tailgating, parties or after a long day of work!

Some of my favorites include Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato, Easy Cheesy Twice Baked Potatoes and Cheeseburger Stuffed Baked Potato.
