Welcome to Sack Lunch Sunday! I pack my sons lunch 5 days a week and I though sharing a few ideas may help us all. I try to plan the menu using all the food groups and in our school we do not have to follow nut free rules and regulations. They do have a nut free table available in the cafeteria. I do want to add that though this may seem like a lot of food I send very small portions and I will add that my son is picky. However, this year I am taking the approach of sending a variety. I do require him to bring back what he doesn’t eat. This feature will post Sunday at 3:00 pm EST each week.
Monday- Jif Peanut Butter Cup, Graham Cracker Sticks, Grapes (frozen), Cheese Stick, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Tuesday – Yogurt Parfait, Turkey Rollup, Pretzel Sticks, Rice Krispie Treat, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Wednesday – Thermos: Mac and Cheese with Ham, Carrots with Ranch, Brownie, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Thursday – Pizza Sub, Sunchips, Oatmeal Cookie, Apple Slices, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Friday – Thermos: Corn Dog (remove stick), Corn Chips, Carrots, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Horizon Organic Milk Box
