Salami Bagel is my favorite lunch or breakfast item! It is easy to prepare and take with me or to enjoy at home. I make it with Udi’s Gluten Free Bagels. My stylist actually told me about the combination and I am glad she did! I am in LOVE this combination. I use Hormel Natural Salami which is gluten free. It is hearty enough for me to enjoy at breakfast with some fruit and be able to skip lunch. I hope you enjoy it too!

- 3 slices of salami (I used Hormel Naturals Gluten Free)
- Cream Cheese
- Toast your bagel, spread cream cheese and add salami. This is a great breakfast or lunch!
