
This is a yummy recipe that is a great pick me up in the morning. It is really light and refreshing. You can substitute with other citrus juices (grapefruit/orange, lemon, lime – whatever you can find on sale or that is in your stockpile). I think you will really enjoy it! It is my go to drink in the winter too as it gives me a dose of Vitamin C and helps to fight off illness.

- 1 whole grapefruit
- 1 whole orange
- ½ lemon or lime
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- Ice Cubes
- Section I whole grapefruit and 1 whole orange. Place into a blender or magic bullet. Next add the juice to ½ lemon, ⅓ cup orange juice and ½ cup pineapple juice (or other citrus juice is fine). Next add desired ice-cubes (10).
