Green Eggs and Ham

green eggs and ham

I decided to create a fun meal inspired by Dr. Seuss for his birthday! My son loved it!  I will admit the green eggs were a little strange but it was fun for once a year!

I served my green eggs and ham with this adorable Dr. Seuss Fruit Stick and  Grinch Punch too!  I made Grinch Cookies for dessert!
