
You can freeze Philadelphia Cooking Cream. It works fine because you are cooking with it! The best process I have found is to thaw it in the fridge and then microwave it to smooth. After it is smooth then cook with it just like on the package instructions.
By freezing you can extend the life by 4 to 6 months. Just write the date you put it into the freezer with a permanent marker so you know how long it has been frozen.
