Italian Sausage Tomato Basil Rigatoni

Hint: You can add crushed red pepper!
  • 2 Johnsville sweet sausage
  • 1 jar Delallo premium all natural tomato basil sauce
  • 1 package Delallo 100% organic whole wheat rigatoni
  • 2 ounces Sliced baby portabella mushrooms
  • Grated fresh parmesian
  • Fresh basil
  1. Grill or pan fry sausage until cooked through
  2. Slice sausage into half inch thick pieces
  3. Saute mushrooms until tender
  4. Heat sauce over medium to low heat
  5. Drain pasta and add desired amount of sauce
  6. Add mushrooms and sausage throughout pasta
  7. Garnish with fresh parmesian and two basil leaves
