Here is my Gluten Free Menu Plan Monday! We like to plan monthly because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly. We try to plan frugal meals as well to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Visit our Aldi, Kroger, Meijer, Target, CVS and Walgreen’s matchups for ways to save at the store this week!
Monday – Gluten Free Korean Grilled Beef Strips, Rice, Salad
Tuesday – Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Tenders, Baked Sweet Potato, Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday - Gluten Free Lemon Herb Port Chops, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Thursday – Baked Potato Bar
Friday – Gluten Free Chicken Pasta,Carrots, Salad
Saturday – Make Your Own Pizza Night – I use Udi’s Pizza Crust
Sunday – Brinner – Scrambled Eggs, French Toast Casserole and Applewood Julep
