Here is my Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan for this week.   We like to plan monthly because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly. We try to plan frugal meals as well to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Visit our Aldi, Kroger, Meijer, Target, CVS and Walgreen’s matchups for ways to save at the store this week!

Monday – Steak, Baked Sweet Potato, Salad (we use Ken’s Salad Dressing)

Tuesday – Melissa’s Birthday:  Enjoying a FREE meal at Red Robin tonight!

Wednesday – Country Bob’s Burgers, Country Bob’s Baked Beans, Grilled Herbed Corn

Thursday – Gluten free Crisp Baked Lemon Cod, Grilled Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes

Friday – Three Cheese Italian Sausage Potato Delight, Salad (we use Ken’s dressing)

Saturday – Pizza MargheritaGluten-Free Pizza Crust Recipe

Sunday – “Brinner” –  Gluten Free French Toast Casserole, Bacon and Sunshine Smoothies

Dessert:  Gluten Free Angel Food Cake with fresh strawberries
