Here is my Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan for this week. We like to plan monthly because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly. We try to plan frugal meals as well to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Monday – Gluten Free Slow Cooker Squash and Apples
Tuesday – Grilled Buschetta Chicken – Be sure to use a Gluten Free Salad Dressing (I like Ken’s and Wishbone), Grilled Herbed Corn
Wednesday – Crockpot Pulled Pork BBQ, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad – Be sure to use a Gluten Free BBQ Sauce
Thursday – Baked Potato Bar
Friday - Make your own sandwich night: Hormel Natural Deli Meat, Horizon Organic Cheese, Udi’s Bread and Chips
Saturday – Gluten Free Pizza Margherita - Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Recipe
Sunday – Brinner - Scrambled Eggs, Gluten Free Pancakes (using Pamela’s Mix), Fresh Fruit and Applewood Julep
