Welcome to Sack Lunch Sunday! I pack my sons lunch 5 days a week and I though sharing a few ideas may help us all. I try to plan the menu using all the food groups and in our school we do not have to follow nut free rules and regulations. They do have a nut free table available in the cafeteria. I do want to add that though this may seem like a lot of food I send very small portions and I will add that my son is picky. However, this year I am taking the approach of sending a variety. I do require him to bring back what he doesn’t eat.
Monday- Tortilla Wrap (turkey and cheese), Sun Chips, Red Grapes (frozen), Fruit Snacks, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Tuesday – Pepperoni, Cheddar Cheese Cubes, Carrots with Ranch, Ritz Crackers, Brownie, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Wednesday – Thermos: Ramen Noodles, Oyster Crackers, Strawberries, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Thursday – PBJ (cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters), Banana, Nilla Wafers, Horizon Organic Milk Box
Friday – Wholley Guacamole, Tortilla Chips, Carrots, Pears, Rice Krispie Treat, Horizon Organic Milk Box
