- 3-4 lb rump roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can root beer
- Mix salt, pepper and garlic together and rub over roast. Place in crockpot and pour root beer over roast. Put lid on and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Enjoy!
