Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Pour marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
