I ate Garlic Lemon Wings similar to this on vacation and decided to duplicate the recipe. I think mine turned out even better! They are perfect on a summer day too! This is a heart healthy recipe too! I love to marinade these and then pop them in the oven and enjoy them with some grilled veggies. - 1 lemon
- 1 TBSP ginger
- ½ cup olive oil
- dash of pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
- Wash the chicken wings
- Add to a gallon zip loc bag
- Add the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and spices and marinade overnight.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done and they start to brown.
