Here is my Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan for this week. We like to plan monthly because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly. We try to plan frugal meals as well to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Sunday – Brinner – Gluten Free Bacon, Avocado & Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Tuesday – Gluten-Free Chicken Pierre
Wednesday – Gluten Free Seven Layer Dip with Fritos
Friday – Gluten Free:: Pizza Margherita
Saturday – Gluten Free Slow Cooker Squash & Apples
Tuesday – Gluten Free Lemon Dijon Shrimp Pasta
Wednesday – Gluten Free Potato Bacon Pie
Saturday – Gluten-Free Upside Down Pizza Bake
Tuesday – Gluten Free Corned Beef and Cabbage
Wednesday – Steak, Baked Potato, Grilled Veggies
Thursday – Eggplant and Tomato Stir Fry, Grilled Fish
Friday – BLT’s (made with Udi’s Bread), Chips and Pickles
Saturday – Grilled Pork Chops, Campfire Potatoes, Grilled Veggies
Sunday – “Brinner” – Breakfast for dinner – Omelets, Toast (Udi’s Bread), Iced Coffee Recipe
Wednesday – Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie
Thursday – Dad’s Ribs, Baked Potato, Green Beans
