I wanted to share with you some tips for How To Peel a Hard Cooked Egg.  Choosing older eggs are the best tip! After you hard cook the egg – (see this post for how to hard cook an egg) let it sit in cold water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process. Add ice and chill for 5 minutes. Gently tap on a hard surface (like your sink) and peel under cold running water or submerged in cold water.

Hope this helps!

After you peel your eggs then you may want to make my Mom’s yummy Deviled Eggs with them – Linda’s Deviled Eggs.
