I was recently sent four boxes of Enjoy Life Crunchy Cookies. OH MY! I opened the Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies and literally ate (1) – the other my son enjoyed! I LOVE it! He had no idea they were even gluten free! As you know I have Celiac Disease and eat 100% gluten free however my family is about 70% gluten free. I try to continually remove gluten from the house 1 item at a time and now I am excited because I am removing gluten filled cookies and replacing them with Enjoy Life!
They are crispy, crunchy and totally delicious. My personal favorite is the double chocolate. They also come in Sugar Crisp and Vanilla Honey Graham. They are available in natural food stores and grocery stores as well as online.
They are dairy, nut & soy free. I LOVE the fact that they are dairy free too! Of course they are also certified Gluten Free. The are made in a dedicated nut and gluten free facility too! The Enjoy Life brand is free of the 8 most common allergens.
