This was a busy week for us! With the Savvy Saving Conference prep I really didn’t think I would have time to lose
However at the end of the week I am down an additional 4 lbs! That brings me to a total of 13 lbs! Yay! I think I lost them lifting all the Swag Bags for the conference. Shelley is down a total of 23 lbs (reminder she started before us).
This week I wanted to share with you some recipes that are healthy and lower in fat that you may want to include into your menu plans:
Omelet Cupcakes - Use Egg Whites to save even more calories
Flounder with Spinach and Peppers
Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips – would be great on fish or chicken too!
Mexican Style Quinoa with Grilled Chicken

I totally fell off the weight loss wagon this past week! The important thing is I got back in the gym last night, it’s a journey not an overnight change!
