Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes is a great one pot dish. Great by itself or paired with some bread. It is easy to prepare in the slow cooker and best of all you can use leftover holiday ham with this recipe too! I like to serve it with corn bread.
Easy Freeze Slow Cooker Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a freezer safe bag except for water. Freeze. When ready to cook thaw in the refrigerator. Dump into the slow cooker and add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 6 hours on low. Enjoy!
Tip – Potatoes don’t always freeze the best. You can choose to add them fresh when cooking for you can freeze. Best results are to not use “wet” potatoes. If you wash be sure to dry thoroughly before you freeze.
- 3 lb ham, cut into 1 inch pieces or cubed
- 1 lb fresh green beans, tips cut off
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ cup water
- Place all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
