Homemade Croutons


I love this recipe for homemade croutons!  It is a very easy recipe to use up the last of your bread loaf or clearance bread that is near expiration. My family loves these!

Homemade Croutons

Ingredients
  • 3 -4 slices of bread
  • 6 – 8 T olive oil
  • 2 T Italian seasonings

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut bread into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Mix olive oil and seasoning together in small bowl.
  4. Place bread pieces on to 13×9 baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle bread pieces with oil mixture.
  6. Toss bread pieces to evenly coat.
  7. Make sure bread pieces are spread out.
  8. Bake for 5 mins and then flip over.
  9. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Let cool and serve.

Notes
Can store in ziploc bag for up to 4 days.
