Only 2 Weight Watchers points+ in this yummy pumpkin fluff recipe when you make it with fat free, sugar-free pudding mix.

Pumpkin Fluff is perfect for fall!  It is so easy to make and tastes delicious!  I love serving this quick and easy dessert in a small pumpkin to really give it a festive autumn look.  It makes a great centerpiece at fall themed events and parties.  I like to serve Pumpkin Fluff with nilla wafers or graham crackers.  Best of all it is only 2 Weight Watchers points+ when you make it with fat free, sugar-free pudding mix.  I love making it with my own homemade pumpkin puree and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

All you need to make this yummy dessert recipe is 2 cups Fat-Free Frozen Whipped Topping (thawed), 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 can solid pack pumpkin and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.   You can pick up the ingredients for less than $10 when on sale this fall!  Often times for much less.

Prepare in a large bowl, by mixing together the instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping to the mixture.  Chill in the refrigerator until serving.  That is it?  Hard to believe but it is true.  It is so yummy that you don’t even need a thing to eat with it!  Simply eat it with a spoon!  But I will warn you that you should make sure you don’t go crazy or you will end up eating the entire bowl!   Serve with nilla wafers or graham crackers and enjoy this creamy delicious fall treat.

Pumpkin Fluff is the perfect easy dessert for Halloween parties and Thanksgiving.  Simply prep it ahead and serve it once your guests arrive.   Trust us you will be glad you give this easy dessert recipe a try!  My family loves it and so do my guests. It is a family fall favorite for sure!
