Buttered Noodles

These seem to be a big hit with picky eaters. They are great alone or paired with a stew or meat dish. It is simple and easy to make.  I grew up eating buttered noodles so for me they bring back lots of fond memories from my childhood.  You can serve with a salad or toss in some diced carrots and peas too.

Buttered Noodles

Serves: 6
  • 1 box Pasta, prepared according to box directions
  • ½ stick butter
  • 3 T half and half cream
  • Parsley (optional)
  1. Mix hot, cooked noodles with butter.
  2. Once butter has melted, stir in half and half.
  3. Once combined scoop on plate and top with Parsley.
  4. Serve right away.
