These seem to be a big hit with picky eaters. They are great alone or paired with a stew or meat dish. It is simple and easy to make. I grew up eating buttered noodles so for me they bring back lots of fond memories from my childhood. You can serve with a salad or toss in some diced carrots and peas too.

- 1 box Pasta, prepared according to box directions
- ½ stick butter
- 3 T half and half cream
- Parsley (optional)
- Mix hot, cooked noodles with butter.
- Once butter has melted, stir in half and half.
- Once combined scoop on plate and top with Parsley.
- Serve right away.
