I wanted to share my Drury Inn Hotel Review – Columbus, OH. We made a trip to Columbus, OH this summer to visit COSI and to watch a Columbus Crew Game. I researched for hotels in the Columbus area and decided on Drury Inn. I really like to stay at Drury Inn for many reasons. I find them to be clean (generally), well priced and a value for the price because they offer a hot manager’s special complete with drinks and food each evening and a hot breakfast each morning. In addition they offer fresh popcorn and a drink machine all day long in the lobby.
We checked in to our room which was very spacious. For only $109 a night we got a suite with a lot of room. The living room had a TV, sofa and two chairs plus a desk and plenty of room for the kids to spread out. There was a nice and very large bathroom with a separate shower area from the sink (I liked that for getting ready in the morning) and then the separate bedroom with a King Bed. There was two large closets too. I felt that the room was really a true value based on the amount of space and food that were included with the rate.
The pool was the only disappointment. It was TINY. There was an indoor/outdoor pool which you could swim under the wall (Peyton really found that to be neat) however it was so small and overcrowded that we didn’t stay long. Also, the chlorine was super HIGH and the kids eyes were bothered almost immediately. However, we didn’t select the hotel based on the pool so all in all I would stay there again.
In my opinion Drury Inn offers a nice hotel with a lot of ammonites and it is a good value for families who are traveling.
Disclosure: This review is 100% my honest opinion. Stockpiling Moms did not pay for my hotel stay – it was paid for by my family. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Drury Inn in the future.

We stay at this hotel every year for my husband’s annual meeting for work. Clean, great staff, free breakfast, connected to the Convention Center…..highly recommended also.
