Ginger-Lime Pork Chops are so easy to prepare – my family loves this easy dish! It can easily make a weekly appearance in my menu plan all summer long! In fact grilling season is my favorite season of the year because I get a break in the kitchen and my husband takes over. I love making my own marinade because I know what is in it and it can be gluten free and non processed. It is easy to start with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar then add spices to change up the flavor. We like to serve it with corn or rice.
