Do you fry the corn tortillas because they are made with corn? I haven’t tried it with corn yet. I’ve made them with flour tortillas but baked them using a spray to get the cinnamon/sugar to stick. My son is gluten intolerant and I just picked up the corn tortillas to do this. He’s also sensitive to oil or anything greasy because of acid reflux. Do you think it would still come out okay if I baked them? Thanks.
