Broiled Grapefruit

Broiled Grapefruit is amazing and healthy treat for me! This is naturally gluten free and was scrumptious. All I needed to make this easy breakfast was 2 ingredients and my oven. It was so simple but the taste is amazing. Ready in less than 5 minutes and you get a warm and sweet breakfast!  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I like to serve broiled grapefruit with Avocado Egg Bake for a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients
  • Grapefruit
  • Brown Sugar
Instructions
  1. Just set your oven to Broil.
  2. Cut your grapefruit in half.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and broil for 3 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!
